Feedback on a defective product

If your feedback relates with a defective product, we will need a sample of the contents and the package by mail or a respective photo of it.

Keep the package and contents until we have been in contact with you. We might still ask for you to send it to us.

 
You can always contact us by mail and return the product with its contents to the address: Orkla, PB 683, 20361 Turku, Finland. Briefly tell us why you are not satisfied with our product, and where you bought the product from, so that we can replace the product for you. Also remember to provide us with your contact information.
